As a Data Steward specializing in Learning & Development, you will be responsible for managing and governing data to support organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Main responsibilities: 

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of L&D data across various data systems and platforms 

Develop, implement, and maintain L&D data governance policies and procedures 

Classify and document L&D data elements in Informatica as per internal Governance

Align with data owners and other data stewards related to data governance projects 

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to data governance 

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data quality issues and implement solutions 

Drive people data global alignment with focus on L&D data 

Monitor data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management 

Drive data sharing requests in collaboration with digital teams providing support for Snowflake data foundation 

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data stewardship methodologies

About you  

3-5 years of experience in data stewardship, data management, or data governance roles

2+ years of hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Experience working with People data, preferably in L&D domain

Proven track record of implementing data quality improvements and governance processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions

Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams

Experience in Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog and Snowflake Data Foundation

Degree in Information Science, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field
