Responsibilities

Data Management and Modeling

\n\nGather, clean, and integrate operational data from various warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, S4/HANA) to ensure completeness and accuracy\nDevelop data models and queries using Power Query and DAX to transform raw data into structured, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis\nMaintain data integrity and consistency across multiple sources to support accurate business insights and decision-making.\n\n

Data Analysis and Performance Insights

\n\nAnalyze warehouse process metrics (receiving, picking, kitting/splitting, packing, dispatching) to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities\nConduct time and motion studies, manpower utilization reviews, and cost efficiency assessments to support operational planning\nTranslate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that enhance productivity, space utilization, and service performance.\n\n

Dashboard Development and Reporting

\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize daily operational performance, KPIs, and trend analyses\nCreate interactive and drill-through reports for real-time visibility of process performance across departments\nAutomate recurring reporting tasks to streamline data updates and enable faster decision-making.\n\n

Business Collaboration and Support

\n\nCollaborate with Industrial Engineers, Operations Managers, and CI Teams to align analytical outputs with actual warehouse operations\nSupport root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data validation and scenario-based analysis\nPresent clear, data-driven insights to operations and leadership teams to aid in planning, execution, and strategy formulation.\n\n

Continuous Improvement and Governance

\n\nDevelop analytical tools and templates that support performance tracking, capacity planning, and operational reviews\nPromote accuracy, standardization, and consistency in data management and reporting across all functions\nContinuously enhance Power BI and Power Platform utilization to improve warehouse visibility and decision support\nStay updated with the latest best practices in data analytics, Power BI development, and Industrial Engineering methodologies to drive ongoing improvement.\n\n

 

Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology).\nProven experience as a Business Data Analyst, Industrial Engineer – Analytics, or BI Analyst, preferably in a semiconductor warehouse environment.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Excel (advanced formulas, Power Pivot, and macros).\nKnowledge of warehouse operations and process flows (receiving, inventory management, kitting, packing, shipping).\nFamiliarity with WMS and SAP/S4 HANA is an advantage.\nExcellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nWillingness to work onsite in DHL Silang, Maguyam, Cavite \n\n
