Business Data Analyst
Job Description Responsible for the data analysis and reporting  Performs data analyses, including evaluating data to determine data validity, identify patterns, trends and/or outliers  Create reports, visualizations, presentations & executive summaries to present findings to stake-holders to review, analyze, and action.  Able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders as needed to determine business requirements.  Involvement in the analysis of the business processes for derivation of problem areas and analytical requirements to propose and execute appropriate mathematical methods and interpret the results with guidance from supervisor.  Find opportunities to improvise and automate existing reports, tools and solutions.  Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.  Support the anchoring of data-driven decisions in operating business.  Demonstrate strong business acumen by understanding industry trends, market dynamics, and organizational goals to effectively translate data insights into actionable business strategies and solutions. Skills and Requirements 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business analytics (internships count as experience)  Data Engineering - versed in creating data workflows from start to finish. Beginning with procuring the data, to producing a finalized product for the business. o SQL - experience writing queries in SQL o Power BI - building, maintaining and creating dashboards for business stakeholders o Excel - VBA / Macros  Ability to produce creative analytical solutions based on clear and thorough analyses of complex processes and business relationships Leadership experience  Automation experience (Task Scheduler, Microsoft PowerAutomate)  Degree in Data/Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or related field null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
