In this role, you'll dive deep into customer & business feedback, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions & prioritization of the roadmap. Your responsibilities - what you will do
Unleash the Power of Customer & Business Insights: Dive deep into Voice of the Customer (VOC) and CX data to uncover trends to help define capabilities, business requirements & eventual prioritization of customer and partner experience improvements.
Craft Compelling Dashboards and Reports: Design and develop insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to highlight key projects, customer pain points, and industry trends. This will empower the CX Strategy & Governance team to set priorities and achieve business goals.
Be the Industry Expert: Use valuable insights from CX best practices and competitive landscape analysis to understand customer needs thoroughly.
Shape Strategic Decisions: Provide actionable insights that influence prioritization, strategy, and business case development, making a tangible impact on our business.
Link CX to Financial Success: Connect customer experience metrics to financial outcomes to demonstrate the monetary value of CX initiatives.
The essential - you will have
Experienced and Driven: You are a team player with 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Management & Reporting, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
Analytical Problem-Solver: You have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills combined with a proactive, curious, and action-oriented attitude.
Data Enthusiast: You have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and integration. You are familiar with and curious about using AI to support your work.
Insight Translator: Ability to transform complex data into clear business concepts and actionable insights.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, machine learning, and SQL.
Multilingual Communicator: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Self-Motivated and Collaborative: A self-starter who takes initiative, seeks help when needed, and thrives in a global team with remote colleagues.
Passionate About Customer Experience: Most importantly, a team player passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Additional Tech Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and/or Python is a plus.
