Provide operational support for the RMB Shop: process daily orders (confirm payments, prepare orders, coordinate collections), update stock systems. Gift wrap and prepare client giftsOversee storerooms and production rooms: organise, track, and replenish stock as needed, including bi-annual stock takes.Track and manage art pieces across offices and oversee artwork storage.Event & Brand Collateral Support
Prepare event collateral: name tags, menus, invitations, and place cards with high-quality presentation.Manage couriering and receipt of branded collateral: ensure items like banners and poles are returned in good condition, and coordinate requirements with internal teams and external partnersFinancial & Administrative Efficiency
Manage costs and expenses within approved budgets to achieve cost efficiencies.Complete administrative tasks with accuracy: minute-taking, reporting printer issues, arranging couriers/messenger services.Monitor and manage milestone gift stock levels, distribute monthly communications, and track collections.Team Collaboration & Personal Development
Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity by sharing knowledge and valuing diverse contributions.Proactively seek performance feedback, create and review a personal development plan with your manager, and stay updated on learning opportunities, products, and trends.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
