The*Business Coordinator*position is pivotal in driving the division's strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of key projects. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including project management tasks such as creating detailed project plans, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the Business Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining division contracts, assisting in the submission of ITPRs, and completing annual contract review reports. The position also involves leading strategic planning efforts, conducting bureau risk assessments, and ensuring that division policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively implemented. Effective communication and collaboration with division management and bureau leadership are essential to navigate conflicts, update policies, and mitigate risks. The Business Coordinator will play a crucial role in aligning the division's goals with broader organizational objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
