About the Team
Within Renault Trucks headquarters, you will report to the Controlling & Planning VP and join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values transparency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Controller, you will play a central role in steering the financial performance of Renault Trucks and managing operational expenses.
You will act as a true business partner on 2 main pillars (an operational one and a strategic business support one):
On the operational side, you will work closely with business teams to provide actionable insights and steer performance. At top-management level, you will collaborate directly with the leadership teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making and drive improvement actions. Building and validating robust business case assumptions to support decisions. Participating in operating expenses target setting and financial estimate processes. Coordinating budget and reporting for hosted functions and business. Managing capital expenditures budget and follow-up for legal entity. Acting as key user for HQ-related systems and tools. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in business controlling, external or internal audit. High proficiency both in French & English (written and spoken). Strong communication & presentation skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Solid understanding of data management principles and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
