Business Controller  

We are searching for a new colleague in Pančevo!

 

What can you look forward to as Business Controller:

 

Product costs calculations, investment planning, preparation of applications, and follow-up reporting, including cash flow prognosis and impacts Improvement of business processes and support of critical business strategies: recognizing deviations (material, scrap, productivity, general budgets) and defining countermeasures Support of all stakeholders within the plant in financial matters: tracking, analyzing, and interpreting figures and business processes Set-up of productivity tracking and close follow-up, especially with production departments Monthly and yearly closing activities, creation of reports, and commenting on deviations (Reporting activities) Budgeting, planning, and reporting  according to the requirements of local GAAP and IFRS

 

Your profile as Business Controller: 

 

Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification Several years of experience in cost accounting or production controlling Expert-level knowledge with Microsoft Office and SAP R3 System Fluent Serbian and English language; German language skills are beneficial Proven interpersonal and communication skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
