Business controller in the department of Medical Imaging Equipment

 

 

Jo, head of finance and controlling of the department of Medical Imaging Equipment of Siemens Healthineers, is waiting for you to reinforce her team of experts. You will be responsible for the financial and administrative activities during the execution of the projects in Medical Imaging.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

You are responsible for controlling activities during the execution of the projects from Order Entry till Provisional Acceptance, including the follow-up of logistic and administrative topics You support the department in having its activities correctly recorded following all accounting requirements and financial guidelines You monitor the project execution regarding invoicing, revenue recognition and costs, and compare these KPI’s to the initial planning You perform all the month-end local closing activities linked to the projects, working closely with the accounting hub You provide help and support to the head of the department, as well as all the teams around (Project managers, Product Specialists, Sales).  You support regular data cleansing activities and data quality checks  You support the annual external audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested

 

 

 

 

 

Your profile:

 

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in economics, accountancy or equivalent You have experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position in a multinational company You are comfortable analyzing and handling numbers, you have strong analytical and accounting skills, and can demonstrate a hands-on experience with Excel You have an appetite for digital tools You are solution and result driven, structured, and organized You master SAP which will be a real additional asset   You have highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. You can build positive interactions and know how to deal with different stakeholders and cultures. You want to be part of a team. You have an excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.  You are flexible and can handle a multitude of tasks under time pressure You have a passion for healthcare
