Kforce has a client in need of a detail-oriented and proactive Business Control & Risk Management Business Control & Risk Management Associate to support the execution of risk management practices across business lines. This role operates within the First Line of Defense and plays a key part in identifying and assessing risks, monitoring controls, and ensuring adherence to enterprise risk frameworks. Key Responsibilities: * Promote risk awareness and adherence to policies, frameworks, and standards across business units * Support risk assessments, control testing, and issue remediation efforts * Monitor internal and external sources of risk and report adverse trends * Conduct RCSA activities including process mapping, risk/control matrices, and internal control testing * Collaborate with stakeholders to validate issues and ensure effective remediation * Assist in implementing and maintaining Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and related documentation * Serve as liaison for exam-related activities including internal audits and regulatory reviews
