Job Description

BCM Coordinator

Leads the Business Continuity Management System across multiple manufacturing sites, partnering with local and global stakeholders to drive risk reduction, strengthen resilience, and ensure rapid, effective recovery from disruptions, while coaching site teams, aligning priorities, and providing strategic insights to continuously improve continuity programs across the network.

Your role:

Lead and manage the BCMS program across assigned manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with Philips BCM Policy, ISO 22301:2019 (where applicable), and local/global stakeholders, while developing and maintaining the annual BCMS roadmap.

Drive continuous program maturity by documenting resource needs, program gaps, reporting dates, metrics, and KPIs; coordinating with other BC coordinators to align on risks, opportunities, and recovery strategies; and ensuring accurate reporting, insights, and compliance across portfolios, regions, and business units.

Enable and support site BCM teams through training, best practice guidance, and facilitation of risk reviews, strategy planning, exercises, and management reporting, ensuring hazards, issues, and constraints are addressed through effective risk management and contingency planning.

Provide strategic risk insights by reporting on capability gaps, investment imbalances, and trends; recommending activities to reduce likelihood/impact; and identifying opportunities for alignment, cost savings, and harmonization of mitigation efforts across sites.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or equivalent; Business Continuity Institute Professional certification.

3+ years in full lifecycle Business Continuity management (including new program implementations), in project/program management in continuity planning, mitigation, response, recovery, and/or resilience; knowledge of ISO 22301, Supply Chain E2E processes, and related fields such as Disaster Recovery, IT Service Continuity, Risk Management, and Crisis Management.

Detail-oriented, quality-focused delivery; consultative approach to enable customer-oriented solutions and strategic change; ability to manage conflicting priorities, align deliverables to global objectives, and drive continuous improvement with clear documentation and strategic recommendations.

Strong capability in problem definition, gap analysis, and solution proposals; adept at cross-cultural and cross-geography collaboration to standardize practices in multi-site environments.
