We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- Mobile Telephony Project Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager and Product Management Team in planning and delivering the global mobile service initiative, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scopeResearch and evaluate mobile solutions other comparable offerings, providing insights and recommendations to support product selection and strategic decision-makingCoordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for selected vendors, including due diligence checks, documentation management, and compliance with internal policies and proceduresSupport the drafting, negotiation, and revision of contracts with suppliers, resellers, and channel partners, ensuring clarity of deliverables, responsibilities, and favourable commercial termsLiaise with internal stakeholders across legal, procurement, compliance, and commercial functions to gather requirements, share progress updates, and resolve project-related issuesMaintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, risk registers, and progress reports, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the project lifecycleIdentify, assess, and mange project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution of issuesCreate and manage detailed project plans, timelines, ensuring all milestones are metAct as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on key milestones, risks and issuesCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical and operational aspects of the projectFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across squads, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the projectProviding monthly reporting as part of internal governance and controlsWork closely with stakeholders and the product team to gather and document requirements for the projectCreate user stories and acceptance criteria, to guide the development teamCreate user comms and notifications for users and other departments

Essential Skills/Experience

Proven experience in a project analyst, project support, or similar role within a complex, multi-stakeholder environmentStrong understanding of project delivery processes, particularly in support of technology or telecommunications initiativesExperience coordinating vendor onboarding, including due diligence, compliance, and documentation processesFamiliarity with risk management principles and supporting risk identification and mitigation activitiesDemonstrated experience in supporting contract negotiations and managing contractual changesExposure to commercial discussions with third parties, such as resellers, channel partners, or suppliers is desirableStrong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate market solutions and present clear recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiencesHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environmentSolid understanding of Enterprise Voice and Unified Communications Systems for end usersHigh degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively is essentialPassionate about problem solving and customer service, a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people and can communicate with all levels of the businessExcellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and present clear solutions to problemsEnglish written and verbal skills are mandatory with German written and verbal skills are an added benefitSelf-motivated, can stay focused in the middle of distraction and to able to adapt to a changing environment

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a project analyst, project coordinator or similar support rolesExperience working within structured project management frameworks, with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologiesA university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Management, or TelecommunicationsFamiliarity with governance, risk, compliance, and change control processes within a large enterpriseRelevant experience working within large corporate organisations is essential Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
