**The Job:**
As a **Business Care Partner** , you will be part of our Business Care Team, supporting customers across Denmark and Iceland. You’ll manage the order-to-delivery cycle, provide expert product information, resolve claims and credits, and help optimize supply chain collaboration with our distributor partners.
**Your duties will include:**
+ Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and via email
+ Providing product information, delivery updates, and handling claims and credits for retailers and end users
+ Delivering product support to customers
+ Collaborating with distribution centers, transport teams, and the commercial team to resolve issues and ensure excellent service
+ Utilising SAP, Five9 phone system, Outlook, and Excel for daily operations and reporting
+ Participating in onboarding/training sessions in Gothenburg as required
+ Monitoring and communicating team KPIs, building action plans when needed
+ Ensuring the order book and billing processes are properly managed and controlled
+ Supporting the implementation of Business Care initiatives for various customer groups

**You will also have:**
+ Fluent Danish and English language skills, basic Norwegian is also highly desirable
+ Previous experience in customer service or production roles.
+ Previous experience using SAP, Salesforce and Five9 would be advantageous
+ Intermediate – advance skills in PowerPoint, Excel and ideally exposure to Power BI
+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
+ The Ability to work 1 day a week in Copenhagen (Thursday), with some initial onboarding and training in Gothenburg
+ Most importantly have a passion for customer service and looking out for your team.
