Business Banking Funding Coordinator
Description

Summary:

The Business Loan Funding Coordinator - Sr performs detailed review, within expected service levels, of executed loan documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the approval for closing and funding in adherence with Regulatory and Bank guidelines/policies. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Having a clear understanding of commercial loan documentation and requirements to perfect lien position, effectively communicates requirements, minimizing customer impact. When necessary, engages internal counsel and credit administration to obtain proper approvals and / or waivers. Ensures proper loan and collateral documentation by staying abreast of and interpreting various laws, regulations, policies and procedures of loan documentation. Monitors and directs monetary disbursements as well as involvement in post-closing quality control. Identifies and proactively addresses documentation and / or perfection issues that may create problems with the commercial loan funding.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of related experienceAssociates Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate and/ or experienceBachelor's Degree
