Job Description This position will help to lead a team that is responsible for Cloud Platform Services. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and drive innovation. This individual should have experience with Microsoft Identity Management, Automation, Software Development, Platform Services, and AI within a cloud environment. Expertise in UI Path, GitHub, Power Platform, Adobe Management Portal, Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, scripting. Exp with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus. The expectation for this position is to be acting as a technical escalation point for the rest of the team, as well as a main participant in leadership meetings to present material in person and work with stakeholders directly. The individual will help to provide guidance to existing developers and admins, coordinate monthly Communities of Practice, conduct agency outreach and research, as well as act as the administrator for the Commonwealth’s Enterprise Adobe Management Platform. Skills and Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. ·Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role. · Strong expertise in GitHub, Box, UI Path, Azure Cloud / Entra, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript). · Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign. · Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. · Experience with Entra Identity management is a plus.
