As a Business Assistant in the Investment Bank, you will support senior leaders within a dynamic and fast-paced team. You will leverage your advanced assistant skillset to drive business and client deliverables, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and contribute to the success of the team through your flexibility, diligence, and strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
Manage complex and proactive diary scheduling, including meetings, conference calls, and orchestration of off-sites and town hallsPartner with internal groups to coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with firmwide policiesHandle internal and external client interactions, including coordination of department scheduling and transactional activitiesEnable and process expenses in line with firmwide policies, escalating and enforcing requirements as neededCollaborate with business management and key stakeholders across lines of businessUtilize internal systems for accurate data entry, reporting, and information collationOversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative housekeeping tasksUnderstand and adapt to changing group priorities and business expectationsPartner with assistants across lines of business to provide coverage as requiredParticipate in PowerPoint presentations, projects, and training opportunities as appropriateRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
