The role entails developing, maintaining and enhancing Business Architecture for the relevant business areas aligned to capability/work items and platform thinking across the eco system; work closely with the technical architects to ensure the data, solution and application architecture is in line with the business architecture; and ensure effective implementation thereof aligned to enterprise strategy, business strategy and platform thinkingDrive shareholder value through profitable and integrated frameworks, guidelines and optimization plans.Demonstrate leadership behavior through personal involvement, commitment and dedication in support of organizational values.Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in area of responsibility.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group.Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner.Provide Business Architecture subject matter expertise and thought leadership and act as an agent for Enterprise change.Drive business process standardisation and alignment, and promote the architecture at all relevant levels to obtain buy-in or required approvals.Develop, maintain and enhance Business Architecture for the relevant business area aligned to platform ecosystem and ensure effective implementation thereof.Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.Develop strategy and ensure alignment to business strategy and platform thinking.Develop and maintain a Capability, Customer Segment or Product Pillar Architecture across all aspects i.e., people, process, data and technology, based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations within the Capability, Customer Segment or Product Pillar.Design and implement new or cutting-edge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategy.Align, integrate and innovate in area of specialty across the Business to enable the creation of integrated and specialized solutions and sustainable competitive advantage.Ensure optimized customer experience and service. throughout the value chain.Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters.
