Job Description
In this role, you’ll shape the future of how we solve complex challenges by developing bold, strategic solutions that align business goals, technology, and user experience. You will be the key bridge between business and technology stakeholders to both uncover and drive the change forward. You'll dive deep to identify opportunities, influence direction, and lead the journey from vision to execution on behalf of the business — all while collaborating with cross-functional teams who share your passion for innovation. Accountabilities
Understand and analyze current business processes for the sales and service teams
Lead pre-discovery sessions to identify and define business problems, root causes and potential solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate a lean hypothesis with clear business outcomes
Use data to drive decision making and prioritization of initiatives
Translate ideas into functional outcomes by guiding user story
Guide the implementation of the initiative, collaborating with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions, working with digital product managers to ensure integration between capabilities within platforms.
Work closely with the business readiness team to identify change impacts, ensure best practices are updated, training is in place and appropriate internal and external communications
Ensure execution of initiatives, proactively engaging with stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback.
Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy and iterations
Engage in discovery/test and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and capability of solution to achieve business results.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and reporting on benefit realization
Gather and act on user feedback to validate assumptions and refine solutions
Support iterative development and scaling of capabilities
Analyze data to confirm hypothesized value is being realized
Conduct monthly reporting meetings with various stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry
Proven experience in business analysis, business architecture or solution design
Demonstrated experience in process optimization and digital transformation
Strong digital mindset with experience adopting and championing tech-enabled solutions
Curiosity to ask the right questions and uncover root causes of business challenges
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic thinker focused on designing future-state processes
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain changes and impacts to varied audiences
Strong data literacy, including data collection, analysis, and KPI measurement
Proficiency with tools such as Mural, JIRA, PowerPoint, and Tableau
Familiarity with business architecture frameworks
