We are seeking an experienced Business Application Support Analyst with a strong background in Private Banking systems. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in supporting core banking, CRM, portfolio management, and compliance applications. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operations of mission-critical banking platforms, managing incidents and requests and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Incident Management
Provide Level 1/2 functional and technical support for Private Banking applications, including core banking systems T24, E-Banking platforms, compliance monitoring (ONEFCC) and document management tools, etc.
Monitor application performance, resolve production issues, and ensure high availability.
Manage incident queues through ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
Escalate complex issues to vendors or development teams, ensuring effective follow-up.
Want to work 2-10pm to cover L1/L2 support for entities in Switzerland and abroad.
Business Process Alignment
Configure application settings to meet evolving client service and regulatory needs.
Support new product launches, ensuring application readiness and integration.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
Support audit requests and provide evidence of application control compliance.
Maintain data security and confidentiality in line with banking secrecy laws.
Change Management & Enhancements
Manage application releases, upgrades, and patches with minimal business disruption.
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Reporting & Data Management
Create custom reports or extractions for investment portfolios, client transactions, and regulatory reporting.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of sensitive financial data.
Support data migration, integration, and cleansing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Banking Technology, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of application support experience, with at least 3 years in Private Banking, or Core Banking systems (Temenos T24/Transact)
Experience in SQL, report generation, and application integration.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes and banking regulatory frameworks.
Skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.
Understanding of investment products, client onboarding, and transaction workflows in Private Banking.
