Job Description

Oversees the management and accuracy of Business applications configuration items, including relationships to other CI’s and processes for the purpose supporting critical business functions and decision making for the Company. Reviews and evaluates data for opportunities to improve accuracy and completeness and enables use of data by many technology disciplines, such as Application Mapping, business risk, chargeback, vulnerability management, cybersecurity, etc. Researches and promotes data management best practices. Works as data steward to collaborate with data office to ensure standard approach for data delivery to stakeholders. Collaborates closely with configuration manager and Config and asset process owners to understand, implement and monitor data quality KPIs and provides feedback on improvements.

 

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend data performance against these metrics.Report on data performance to management and recommend corrective actions as needed.Identify process improvement opportunities using data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining a culture of collaboration and trust.Define, document, and maintain the data management framework, policies, and standards.Participate in cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and change initiatives.Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence.Participate in strategic planning and contribute to organizational goals through process innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years working with management of IT assets or related experienceStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills requiredExperience with data management preferredKnowledge of ServiceNow or CMDB concepts preferredKnowledge of Application Portfolio Management concepts preferredExperience working in a multi-organizational project preferred About Us

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
