Location: Columbus, OH (On Site) and Mishiwaka, IN (Virtual)
Candidate must reside in Central Ohio as this role in on site in Columbus, candidates outside Central Ohio will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and medical records.
Supervise and support administrative staff across multiple departments.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., Medicare COP, Hospice licensure, OSHA).
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical and billing records.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance improvement.
Monitor and report key performance metrics including DSO, billing data, and intake statistics.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development for non-clinical roles.
Foster relationships with payors, referral sources, and regional leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Allied Health, or Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in a management role.
Proven people management skills
Strong understanding of third-party reimbursement procedures and billing software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Commitment to ethical standards and organizational integrity.
Additional Information
Travel: Travel to other Trinity Health sites will be rare with opportunities for initial training at the System Services Office in Livonia, Michigan
