Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead the sustain a layer within a data repository for storing and processing information, where it is possible to extract and direct content to the PepPulse platform. Developed the statistical modeling and tracking all KPIs, resulting in complete and powerful solution for data management and insight generation in the commercial context, providing the organization with a significant competitive advantage in the market. Coordinate cross-functional group forums, with strong partnership with other areas such as IT, Finance, Sales, Trade Marketing, that requires high personal interface skills to educate and gain commitment to progress on new solutions. The objective of this role is to support the design and implementation of Smart Sales Agenda, aligning and reviewing the commercial plans tracking, to detect opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to achieve performance and targets. Your Impact Sustain the layer within a data repository: architecture and data quality. Continue the development of an internal product (PepPulse platform) for the PBF sales team: design, UX, communication, optimized and predictive data. Implement and propagate the PepPulse solution, capturing opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, propose the development Ad Hoc Analizes, and follow-up until the platform stabilization. Ensuring the E2E implementation (elaboration, organization, design, execute, test, go live and hypercare) of Smart Sales Agenda. Manage the Sales Scorecard to guarantee all KPIs tracking, driving actions plans and lessons learned. Support the Sales Directors with statistical modeling and key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborates on strategies and tactics to achieve targeted goals. Manage information from insight platforms, such as Scanntech, MTRIX and Neogrid, providing new requirements according with business needs. Training for the sales teams: change management. Support IT Brazil and local teams to evaluate impacts, costs and timeline of implementations. Lead cross-functional group forums. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: Business Administration, Engineering, or similar. Experience: in Business Analysis | Sales Strategy | Trade Marketing. Knowledge in Statistical modeling, Sales KPIs, basic finance, project portfolio management. Knowledge in insight platforms such as Scanntech, MTRIX, and Neogrid. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, skills of communication and presentation familiar with SAP system and Power BI intermediate level. English advanced level.
