Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic initiatives.
* Oversee data collection, integration, and analysis from multiple structured and unstructured sources to deliver accurate and meaningful insights.
* Manage end-to-end analytics projects, from requirements gathering and data preparation to presentation and recommendation delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and storytelling techniques.
* Establish standards for documentation, visualization design, and reporting methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.
* Drive automation of recurring reporting processes through tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, VBA, RPA, and O365 applications.
* Support executive and departmental decision-making by delivering timely insights and performance metrics.
* Mentor, guide, and develop junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
* Ensure data governance, data quality, and metadata management best practices are followed across analytics initiatives.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business/data analytics, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
* Hands-on experience in system design, data transformation, and business process analysis.
* Expertise in Power BI, SQL/PL-SQL, Python, VBA, RPA, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
* Proficiency in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards that tell a clear business story.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong sense of business acumen, creativity, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
