Business Analytics Associate I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team

 

Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, managers, and end-users, to gather and document detailed business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and objectives.Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Utilize process mapping techniques to visualize workflows and propose optimized solutions.Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, costs, and risks associated with proposed solutions. Present recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.Work closely with MIS and development teams to design and implement solutions that align with business requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and meet quality standards.Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, deliverables, and any changes to requirements. Facilitate meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and collaboration.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, data analysis reports, and project plans. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities. 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience in specific industries (e.g., finance, technology) may be preferred.
