The opportunity

 

We are seeking professionals with prior experience in Financial Services. As a Junior Business Analyst within the Wealth and Asset Management team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating continuous business process improvement through regular investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of specific business areas, focusing on their functions and processes.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Client Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of project deliverables. Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators. Complete assigned tasks punctually and provide regular status updates to the team lead. Engage with customer representatives as required. Possibly be required to travel to customer locations as needed, depending on the project.

 

People Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of quality and excellence in the workplace. Adhere to and champion quality standards. Participate in organization-wide initiatives.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage. Partial experience with implementation of application/system changes as a Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, or Tester. Basic knowledge with regards to gathering business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) from clients. Familiarity with financial instruments, including equities, bonds, foreign exchange, deposits, money market instruments, mutual funds, unit trusts, exchange-traded derivatives, and OTC derivatives. Previously worked on migration and/or data related projects in Banking/Asset servicing sectors
