Our team, Amazon Now (Quick Commerce) – MENA, supports the rapid-delivery grocery and convenience business across the Middle East and North Africa. We partner closely with regional stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Instock, Pricing, Marketing, and Last-Mile Delivery to drive best-in-class customer experience in ultra-fast commerce.
The ideal candidate will perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies, develop data-backed recommendations, and build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that enable leadership to monitor performance in near real time. This role will also support forecasting and capacity planning to ensure service-level targets are met while balancing cost and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with regional and country teams to ensure data accuracy, surface performance trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Amazon Now markets.
Key job responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reporting to track core Quick Commerce metrics (e.g., service levels, speed, efficiency, capacity utilization)
Support short-term and mid-term planning and forecasting for demand, capacity, and operational resources
Drive visibility into actual vs expected performance, enabling real-time and retrospective performance management
Monitor and analyze efficiency and quality metrics across stores, regions, and countries
Conduct root-cause analyses on performance gaps and operational misses, and quantify business impact
Partner with Operations Managers (OMs), Program Managers (PMs), and central teams to support business reviews, WBRs, and deep dives
Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders through executive-ready narratives and recommendations
Ensure data quality, consistency, and metric definitions across reporting and analytical outputs
Proactively identify trends and risks that may impact customer experience, speed, or cost
Develop and recommend process optimization and efficiency improvements across the Amazon Now operating model
Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and timelines
