Our Industrial Brokerage division is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst & Team Administrator to support our high performing team in Singapore. **What You’ll Do** + Responsible for establishing, managing and maintaining prospective clients’ and transactions’ databases on behalf of the department. + Work with relevant departments to ensure our proprietary database is accurately updated in a timely fashion to ensure quality service delivery to brokers and clients + Assisting team members in administrative work such as arranging for conference calls, meetings, transport, courier and other ad hoc duties. + Responsible for managing documentation and system requirements related to sales processes such as invoicing, following up of billings and ensuring necessary documentation is completed and stored in the central repository + Maintain and manage Salesforce to be the source of truth for customer information, leads pipeline and market intel tracking (CRM system for directors to track team members’ performance and current dealings) + Keeping track and updating of team’s track record and capability collaterals as part of the go-to-market suite of collaterals. + Providing direct marketing and sales support to the department by organizing outdoor, online and newspaper advertisements and sending email blasts for projects + Managing Social Media posts, digital marketing channels and third party listing sites such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Carousell, Google Adwords, Youtube Ads, Commercial Guru, The Edge for the Industrial & Logistics team; + Creating marketing materials such as an Information Memorandum, Property Factsheets, Proposals and Presentations with support from in house pursuits and client solutions team + Liaise with our Digital and Technology team in India on the setting up of virtual dataroom and creation of user access. Prepare, upload and manage due diligence related items and documents in the virtual dataroom + Supporting team members in their projects by managing NDA signings with prospective buyers, keeping track of their status, arrangement of viewings, updating of progress reports, etc. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data-related fields of study, marketing or real estate + 3 – 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence/ analytics or similar roles ideally in professional services or real estate. + Comfortable in dealing with large data sets, have an eye for detail in data entry/ management + Proactive and resourceful approach to work + Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills + Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity + The capacity to work independently and collaboratively + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines + Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy + Ability to work flexible hours if required to support critical deadlines + A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team + Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint + Prior experience with Salesforce/SharePoint/Power BI and other Visualization tools/ other CRM and business intelligence tools a huge plus + Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
