He or She will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing technical requirements, and delivering solutions that align with organizational goals.** **Key Job Description:** **CORE Responsibilities** 1. **Business Requirement Analysis & Transfer** 2. Convert high-level business requirement, process into **technical action plans** 3. Define clear deliverables: **Epics, user stories, process flowcharts** 4. **Pain point identification** and resolution through stakeholder communication. 5. **System Process & Solution Design** 6. **E2E process mapping** (as-is/to-be states, gap analysis) 7. Design scalable solutions for **cross-system integration** (ERP/CRM/data platforms) 8. Prototype validation with tools like Figma/Axure. 9. **Agile-Centric Delivery** 10. Prioritize backlogs using **agile model** 11.
