Key job responsibilities
• Communicate with external stakeholders (carriers, vendors/suppliers) and internal stakeholders (operations, finance).
• Pull data from multiple databases (using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems) to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.
• Quickly analyze available data to make informed decisions and follow through on resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to create narratives outlining weekly findings, variances to goals, and present these findings in review forums.
• Provide real-time stakeholder experience by working in a fast-paced operating environment.
