The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and implement multi-country rollouts by working closely with client partners and various IT teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and coordinate multi-country rollout activities in partnership with client stakeholders and IT teams. + Act as a key interface between business market teams, client IT, and development teams to ensure smooth end-to-end application business Go-live. + Manage and execute detailed rollout plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. + Drive communication and collaboration among various teams to resolve issues and remove barriers. + Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards. + Provide guidance and leadership throughout the rollout process. **Requirements:** + Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT industry, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst + Proven experience in Salesforce market rollouts is essential + Client-facing role with excellent communication skills + Good Agile & Scrum experience + Knowledge in Jira/Confluence + Demonstrated ability to drive E2E application business Go-live and coordinate with multiple teams + Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills + Good to have : Salesforce Health Cloud Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
