Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Business Analyst. Responsibilities: * Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Analyze, and document technical requirements based on the business requirements/use case provided * Product Management: experience with product backlog management, grooming features and user stories * Tool functionality: A quick learner with an appetite to learn the overall functionality of our inhouse workflow tool to help document technical requirements * Working with the Development Team: To ensure the development team understands the requirements and can build solutions that meet the business needs * Collaborate with the Product Manager and delegate: Support the Business Product Manager and delegate in acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and clarity * Impediment Removal: Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress * Business Acumen: Understand business needs, goals, and the overall context of the project * Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement * Team Facilitation: Foster a collaborative and self-organized team environment
