Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Business Analyst - Project Management. Responsibilities: * Analyze and document current-state mortgage servicing processes and identify opportunities for improvement * Define and maintain detailed business rules and logic to support servicing operations and compliance * Interpret and apply servicing guidelines from agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and servicing teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories * Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for regulatory and policy changes * Support UAT and validate that product enhancements meet business and regulatory requirements * Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
