The (Senior) Business Analyst – Process plays a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of sales ecosystem across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region as part of our Organic Growth Team (OGT).This role focuses on analysing, designing and improving core business processes that underpin sales operations and strategic enablement. It combines structured process design with quantitative data analysis to identify inefficiencies, assess root causes, and quantify the business impact of improvement opportunities.
The (Senior) Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the OGT, as well as with broader Sales Enablement stakeholders and business leaders. The role will focus on analysing processes and developing business cases which articulate the requirements and benefits of improving our processes. A close partnership will exist with the newly formed Automation Team, which enacts findings from the process stream into practical workflow automations that further strengthen scalability, accuracy and efficiency.
This role will look to understand and improve sales ecosystem processes such as our cross-sell program, PlusONE, or our inquiry management process across APAC with a focus on supporting standardization, efficiency, governance and the creation of scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks.
While the primary focus will be on the APAC region, this role may collaborate with other regions including Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and the Americas to ensure global consistency and share best practices.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 7 – 10 Principal ResponsibilitiesBusiness analyst responsibilities will include:
BDS Sales Enablement and ATR Sales Leadership to capture and maintain robust pipeline with healthy distribution of short-, medium- and long-term opportunities, including but not limited to qualification protocols for RFPs, profitability assessments, competitors' client mapping(Salesforce) with proactive sessions to update and identify key targets tools (like Beacon & CuSearch) to identify key trends that sharpen the sales focus and improve win rates; and communicates performance to leadership – For the identified 4-5 key accounts, work with designated account leads and support building reports, dashboards within Salesforce to map and refine process of engagement to drive further growthThe Business analyst responsibilities will include:
Process Mapping & Analysis: Document, analyse and optimize business processes across Sales & Pursuits workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Quantitative Process Analysis: Use data from Salesforce, Power BI and other systems to analyse process performance, cycle times and throughput to uncover trends and performance bottlenecksBusiness Case Development: Quantify improvement opportunities through cost-benefit analysis, ROI modelling and scenario analysis to support prioritization and decision-makingProcess Standardisation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates and frameworks that promote consistent and scalable deliveryAutomation Collaboration: Work closely with the Automation stream to translate process insights into executable workflow automations that reduce manual effort and increase consistencyPerformance Measurement: Work with the broader OGT to build and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track process efficiency, throughput and business impactContinuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues, lead discovery sessions and recommend structured improvement actions.Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized repository of process maps, governance documents and performance metrics to ensure transparency and repeatabilityAdditional responsibilities for Senior Analysts:
Project Management: Participate in project management activities including scoping and estimation, delivery and progress reporting and ensure timely execution aligned with strategic objectives.Team Mentorship: Play a role in mentoring junior analysts, reviewing their work, providing feedback and supporting their developmentSCOPE OF WORK
