Position:Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.Develop and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs.Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements.Analyze core business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Oversee product development stages, including planning, development, testing, release, and production.Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives.Communicate project plans, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers.

Skills and Experience

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on design creation and solution implementation.Strong knowledge of architecture design modeling and tools.Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies.Strong process mapping, re-engineering, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with a business impact.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.

Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, or ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSPO are highly preferred
