**Position:** Business Analyst (Mid-Level) **Job Description:** **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements. + Develop and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs. + Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements. + Analyze core business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Oversee product development stages, including planning, development, testing, release, and production. + Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives. + Communicate project plans, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers. **Skills and Experience** + 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on design creation and solution implementation. + Strong knowledge of architecture design modeling and tools. + Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys). + Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies. + Strong process mapping, re-engineering, and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop). **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field. + Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required. + Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with a business impact. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.
