Leads/guides project team in undertaking small-scale business process improvement projects or initiatives; and/or the deployment of IT Solution functionalities. + **Training & Documentation:** Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct sessions to support system adoption and process changes. + **Supplier Support Coordination & KPI Monitoring:** Manage daily support tickets ensuring timely resolution and tracking performance against defined KPIs. Proficient in Customer/Material Master, Pricing, IDoc, EDI, ALE. + Experienced in stakeholder management and working in a global environment. + Project management skills and other SAP module experience (SAP MM, FICO, APO etc.) are an added advantage. + Supply chain functional & integration exposure is an added advantage. **Not a 100% match?
