Must have good understanding and experience in OTC Derivative productsMust have experience in Counterparty Credit RiskMust have experience in Credit Valuation AdjustmentsMust have experience in General Ledger ReconciliationMust have worked on Front to Back data flow in an Investment BankA proven track record in Data Quality and Data GovernanceExcellent interpersonal skills, written and verbalEffective communication skillsMust have worked in Agile Development beforeHigh levels of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver the best quality products possible along with maintaining very high service levelsStrong SQL skills to analyze the dataKnowledge of effective delivery practices within an agile/scrum delivery cycleGood problem-solving skills

Additional Skills

Exposure to Moodys’s Calculation tool is a big plusExcellent data management and analysis skills, capable of manipulating big data setsExposure to Basel II/Basel III, Credit Risk, CoRep is a great valueUnderstanding on Leverage exposure calculations.Prior experience in risk reporting engagements is an additional plus

Exposure to multiple ETL technologies is a plus
