Responsibilities: * Lead and support change initiatives by documenting release notes, user guides, FAQs, training materials, and stakeholder updates * Interact with both internal and external partners and need to tailor messaging for both audiences * Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring efficient operation and user access; contribute to operational resolution and communication * Create and groom detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria * Analyze business and user data to identify trends, measure product performance, and support decision-making * Partner with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business units to plan and execute product enhancements * Develop and execute test cases and scripts; track and report defects; support user acceptance testing and training
