Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing or cross-functional role. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones, especially CET (Netherlands) and CST (US). Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders. Comfortable managing evolving requirements and priorities. Experience in healthcare, lab systems, or data migration projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
