As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications that inform system enhancements and data solutions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to engage with both business and technical domains, ensuring that data solutions effectively meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document their needs, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for IT teams, facilitating effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Analyze existing systems, processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement, using data insights to inform recommendations.
Assist in the development of functional specifications and user stories that guide the implementation of technical solutions.
Engage in discussions with IT teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to Moscow with the company's support)
Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Basic understanding of cloud technologies and UX/UI principles
Basic understanding of IT systems and the software development lifecycle
Analytical skills and ability to gain actionable insights from data
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI (DAX) would be an advantage
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
