The C3 Consumer & Channel Business Analyst Intern is responsible for leveraging data insights to drive strategic business decisions and enhance customer engagement.
Your unique contribution
Analyse and interpret consumer data to inform business strategies.
Utilise advanced analytical tools to extract actionable insights from consumer data, enhancing our understanding of market trends.
Engage in active learning methodologies to continually update and refine data analysis techniques, ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance user experience.
Develop customer profiles and journey maps to better anticipate customer needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to service delivery.
Foster a culture of customer centricity by sharing insights on customer behaviour and preferences with relevant stakeholders.
Implement feedback loops with customers to refine products and services based on their evolving expectations.
Support change management efforts within the organisation.
Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational shifts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for new initiatives.
Utilise change management principles to mitigate resistance and foster a positive atmosphere during transitions.
Enhance digital literacy across teams.
Lead training sessions to improve digital skills among team members, ensuring everyone can effectively utilize digital tools and platforms.
Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and trends to recommend improvements in processes and tools used within the company.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge on digital literacy best practices.
Deliver results-oriented insights to drive performance.
