Business Analyst - Integrated Eligibility
Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong blend of business domain expertise and technical understanding. The ideal candidate will have experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems and related programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP, along with a solid grasp of system design concepts, infrastructure, and application architecture. This role focuses on designing and documenting system enhancements, gathering requirements, and supporting testing activities. While hands-on development is not required, familiarity with .NET applications in a Microsoft environment is important. The candidate must be highly collaborative, able to work with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, drive improvements, and ensure successful implementation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with state agencies and distributed teams are essential. A background as a Design Analyst, Business Analyst, or a developer with domain-specific knowledge and business acumen would be a strong fit. Key Responsibilities Include:  • Responsible for gathering and developing requirements  • Responsible to coordinating development of LOE for enhancements  • Identify key business drivers for business requirements and collaborate with functional lead and development teams to build proposed solution  • Impact analysis of new changes to existing functionality  • Support and conduct JADs with state as needed  • Document design and work with state to address feedback Provide functional input and clarifications during development, SIT UAT Expected Deliverables:  • Functional Design documents  • Artifacts supporting design such as but not limited to UI and process workflows  • Test Strategy document for enhancements JAD Meeting Minutes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
