We are seeking an experienced and mature Business Analyst to support innovative projects in Industrial IoT, M2M, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, with a strong emphasis on remote and predictive maintenance technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

Modelling the business processes and guiding the business in redesigning their processes. Performing impact analyses Uitwerken van context diagrams, business domain models en user stories / use cases Defining the business needs regarding the IT tools to support these processes and guidelines to use these tools. Challenging the business with regard to their needs and the to-be processes. Coordinating and validating requirements between/by the business and IT. Validating the functional analysis of IT. Supervising data quality initiatives and data migrations. After the implementation of a tool: testing and validating the releases. Playing an active role in the change, including the creation of training materials and the provision of training (to the end users) according to the existing change management methodology and supported by the change management toolkit. Supporting the business in the use of the IT tools during the post-implementation.

 

Requirements:

Master's preferably in a technical direction or equivalent through experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience in capturing and describing business needs. At least 5 years of experience in analyzing and modelling business processes. Experience in modelling the information needs of the business within the processes. Knowledge of IoT, AI, or other relevant technologies is a plus. Experience with the maintenance of industrial assets is a plus. Knowledge of drawing up and implementing a test plan. Experience in formatting training materials for end users Trilingual - Dutch/French/English. Strong analytical skills and sufficiently critical. Independent, can take initiative and think in a problem-solving way. A team player who can bring different parties on the same page. Communicating assertively and effectively with many different stakeholders. Skilled in planning and organization. Customer-oriented and flexibility.
