Your Impact
As a Business Analyst for Cisco, you will develop creative solutions for real business challenges. You will collaborate on cross-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities within the business. Ultimately, you will improve how Cisco operates and how we work together.
Minimum Qualifications
Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 3 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience, Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience) or Masters + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, etc. Skilled in gathering, processing, and conducting statistical analysis on extensive datasets, transforming data into actionable insights. Experience in extracting, scrutinizing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
You have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. You possess a high level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek practical solutions. You have strong collaboration skills with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams. You have superb communication skills, a “can do” attitude and are able to collaborate with others in a global environment.
