Business Analyst II Digital HCM

In this position you will support all Payroll Areas in scope, acting as a liaison between the external payroll provider and Emerson business units and you will also cover all needs in terms of system issue resolution and assistance with data maintenance within the HCM (Human Capital Management), Global View and Streamline applications as well as Interfaces in place for connectivity purposes for Emerson business units. We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Actively participating into projects on payroll implementation in various countries, by: participating in data validation between Oracle HCM and ADP applications, supporting with necessary data loads for data alignment and assisting with payroll parallel testing + Taking part to new process implementation requirements based on latest legislative changes + Coordinating reporting requirements across multiple Business Units + Managing the new enhancements requests from countries live with ADP Global Payroll and assisting with the configuration, implementation and accurate data maintenance in Oracle HCM and ADP External Payroll applications + Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, contributing to high-quality solutions within defined timeframes + Providing payroll system support and maintenance + Offering day-to-day Tier 2 support for payroll systems, resolving user issues promptly and performing necessary system maintenance (updates, patches, configurations) + Supporting Business Units with payroll data loads in Oracle HCM – salary, costing, banking details, work schedule rules and ensure the system is running fine for timely payroll payments to employees + Assisting employees in supported countries with access issues for their Payslip Portals Documentation + Developing and maintain documentation for payroll processes, including solving guides and user manuals **Who You Are:** You partner with others to get work done.
