We are currently searching for a Business Analyst to be based in Brussels, Belgium (Head Office) and work in a 6 - month contract with the possibility of extension.

Side-by-side with other Contingent Workers and our staff, you will play a part in building a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.

As the operator of Belgium's high-voltage grid, we are facing an array of challenges linked to this transition, including the integration of renewable energy into the grid, the construction of new infrastructure, and the balancing of the grid. 


Job Description:
• Collaborate with HR business teams to analyze, describe, and validate business requirements.
• Optimize and harmonize HR processes, including process and information modeling.
• Investigate and analyze system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Perform data analysis to support operational efficiency and ensure data quality.
• Formulate user stories and define acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
• Validate technical specifications for proposed IT solutions.
• Develop test scenarios and support test execution and acceptance processes.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and training sessions with business users.
• Advise the product owner and stakeholders on planning and prioritization of development and maintenance activities.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and at least two other modules.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR-related activities.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch and/or French (French is a plus).
• Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
• Effective communication skills to engage with users and stakeholders.
• Experience with process design.
• Familiarity with Sparx Enterprise Architect is an advantage.
