You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support project delivery from analysis through implementation. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication between business teams and technical experts. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting business analysis and documenting requirements. - Working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and propose solutions. - Translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories. - Supporting project teams during design, testing, and implementation. - Contributing to process optimization and operational improvements. - Facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. - Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams as part of onsite project delivery. What we offer: - Individual career path - Access to countless trainings and certification offerings - A knowledge sharing culture - An environment where you are actively contributing your ideas - The possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companies **Required technical and professional expertise** '- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related field, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of leading complex initiatives and translating business needs into high-quality deliverables. - Strong understanding of business process design, workflow optimization, and change management principles. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities. - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). - Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Banking/financial-services experience strongly preferred. - Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe). - Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) and requirements management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Familiarity with digital transformation projects.
