This position will focus on supporting the growth of the PDS & DCG business in Asia Pacific. As a key member of the team, the Business Analyst works with the leaders to drive operational efficiencies and provide support and assistance to the strategic and financial functions of the PDS & DCG business.This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Financial Planning and Analysis working as the Finance business partner to the PDS & DCG business operations across Asia Pacific. It also provides the potential for future employment opportunities within the Company.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and consolidate month-end financial reporting, forecast and annual budgeting process for the PDS & DCG APAC business.Provide analysis on monthly financial results against budget, forecast and prior year as well as project profitabilityUnderstand what the business requirements are and streamline effective solutions for processes.Deep dive into various financial systems to drill down into financial results and transactions where required Tracking of project budget, status and profitabilityBusiness partner with PDS & DCG APAC teams to improve finance-related and other operational processesWork with other functional groups such as Finance and HR to support business operational needsPrepare ad-hoc presentations, analysis and reports as required by the PDS & DCG Leadership team using PowerBIRequirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent 2 years or more working experience in multinational companiesHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel, ability to manage huge data set and present them in meaningful financial analysis.Skilled in PowerBi/Power QueryGood presentation skillsKnowledge in Workday Finance and/or Hyperion Essbase preferred.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
