Position Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a project focused on the sales system for electricity and gas. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, process modeling, and supporting the project team in achieving business objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
- Modeling business processes (BPMN/UML)
- Creating BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and user stories
- Supporting the development and testing teams
- Participating in project workshops and client meetings
- Monitoring the compliance of solutions with business requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Requirements:
- Substantive Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the electricity and gas market.
-Familiarity with sales processes, billing, and customer service in the electricity and gas sector.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- Experience creating BRD, FRD documentation, and user stories.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to conduct workshops and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills for managing requirements and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in energy-related projects.
- Knowledge of energy regulations (e.g., URE, TPA).
- Professional certifications: BPMN, UML, IREB, CBAP.
