As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization. **What's the Job?** + Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment. + Facilitate **ERP implementation** processes to enhance operational efficiency. + Conduct **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** to validate system functionality. + **Create and maintain Traceability Matrices** to track project requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. **What's Needed?** + **Proven experience as a Business Analyst** with a strong focus on requirements gathering. + Experience with **ERP systems and their implementation.** + Familiarity with **User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.** + Ability to develop and manage Traceability Matrices. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
